現(xiàn)有模型飛機的結(jié)構(gòu)有兩種一種是傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)即用木材做成構(gòu)架，外面用熱縮膜等蒙皮，不僅結(jié)構(gòu)復雜，成本高，模型抗沖擊性差，而且要用掉大量寶貴的木材。下面來簡單了解下吧。

結(jié)構(gòu)是用泡沫塑料切割成形或直接用模具發(fā)泡成形，切開后里面襯上木構(gòu)架再表面蒙皮而成，結(jié)構(gòu)同樣復雜，而且模型重量偏大強度差。

型飛機由機身、機翼、尾翼、操縱系統(tǒng)及起落架組成，機身由主梁、擋板或涂層、連接件、前段填芯、加強件、左右側(cè)板及機身尾段組成，兩根主梁及左右側(cè)板通過若干個連接件連接成一個整體，連接件線與機身線垂直，主梁前端構(gòu)成了發(fā)動機架，上裝發(fā)動機及油箱等。

主梁上鉆有孔的地方均裝有加強件，以保證主梁的強度，機身前段的內(nèi)部空間內(nèi)填充有填芯，并留有安裝接收系統(tǒng)的空間，填芯的前面裝有擋板或涂層，以防止發(fā)動機油料侵蝕，后面與機身尾段相接觸。

機身尾段上開有槽并與兩主梁的尾段相配合，用蒙皮將兩者包裹成一個整體，機身尾段的前端在左右側(cè)板的內(nèi)側(cè)并與側(cè)板重疊配合，尾部開有水平尾翼及垂直尾翼安裝槽，水平尾翼安裝槽下表面與機身主梁上表面在同一平面上。

The front end of the tail section of the fuselage is on the inner side of the left and right side plates and overlapped with the side plates. 大型航天模型廠家知道機翼由機翼主板，前部半箱形主梁，后部翼肋，加強帶及上反角套箱組成，機翼由機翼主板將前部半箱形主梁及后部翼肋包裹圍成，半箱形主梁由立梁和前部上弧組成半箱形整體結(jié)構(gòu)。

其內(nèi)有若干個前翼肋即半箱形梁的加強隔板，后部有若干個卡槽，后部翼肋橫截面為工字形，前部有凸櫞并與卡槽相配合，機翼主板為一整塊，在前緣處彎折后分別和半箱主梁及后部翼肋的上下部份粘合再在后緣處重疊粘合。

The cross section of the rear wing rib is I-shaped, and the front part is convex and matched with the clamping slots. 翼尖是由機翼主板上下部份在尖部重疊粘合后整形而成，整個機翼前后緣及翼尖均粘貼有加強帶以保證機翼粘接及強度，上反角套箱為一整體箱形結(jié)構(gòu)，其內(nèi)腔和機翼根部外表面相配合，左右機翼分別插入上反角套箱內(nèi)腔并粘合。

The wing tip is shaped by overlapping and bonding the upper and lower parts of the wing main board at the tip. The front and rear edges of the whole wing and the wing tip are pasted with reinforcing strips to ensure the adhesion and strength of the wing. The upper anti corner box is an integral box structure, and its inner cavity matches the outer surface of the wing root. The left and right wings are inserted into the inner cavity of the upper anti corner box and bonded.
